Memory vs. Cognition

Couldn't pick either Memory or Cogition so we fliped a coin! Heads was Memory and Tails was Cogition. Tails came out on top!!! When researching, we had to find topics related to cogition, work. More technology, electronic noise, T.V. stero, lap top, ipod, or just sound. Sound -people, explosions, babies, newes, ipods (on ears or ihomes)

How do we get through everyday things with everyday distractions? How long does it take to get back on task?
